Refund policy
If you are not happy with your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, please contact us at theworndrobe@outlook.com. Please include your order number and problem on the email. We will provide instructions on how to make the return and an address to send it to.
Refunds and store credit are issued at our discretion and will only be offered once your items have been received by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any postage costs for returns will need to be paid by you and we suggest you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive with us.

Damages and issues
Pre-loved items often have signs of prior wear which we have mentioned in the item description and priced accordingly. However, we may occasionally miss defects, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
